Shipping and Returns

Private Doctor Beauty (PDB) – All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors for all orders US wide (international addresses are not accepted).

some of which factors include:
  • Total weight of package

  • Selected shipping method

  • Delivery location

  • Orders are processed on business days only

  • Orders are NOT processed on weekends or Holidays


US Domestic: Once a package is confirmed by USPS or UPS that it has been delivered via tracking number we are not responsible for items not received at the address shipped and will not issue a refund or resend product. If the package with product is returned to our address as undelivered by USPS or UPS we will attempt to contact the consumer for a better address to resend or issue refund at that time.

PDB hope you love the products you’ve received, however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please read the following to ensure you qualify for a return.
A return is accepted if the product is (1) damaged by shipping or (2) defective goods.

If you find that you meet the criteria stated above, please contact us via email within five days upon receiving the product in the mail for return authorization.
Email Format: Please place your order # in the subject line along with which (#) criteria shown above the product falls under. If it does not fall under one of these three categories it does not qualify.

All sales are final on discounted, clearance or closeout products.

Unfortunately, PDB cannot accept any items by mail that were purchased in any offline store. Please do not attempt to return items that were purchased at any offline store using our online shipping label. If you attempt to return an item that was purchased in any offline store to PDB.COM it will be returned to you. PDB cannot accept responsibility for items purchased in any offline stores that are returned to us by mail.

Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please note we do not refund shipping unless the return is a result of our error.
